The tea bag label has the exterior fabric on one side and the interior accent fabric on the other side. The pockets that hold the tea are made out of the accent fabric. The Tea Time Tea Wallet is fun to make out of some tea-themed fabric or some fun fabric that is a favorite of yours, and the tea label is the perfect place to place a small motif from the fabrics you are using. SUPPLY LIST:
Exterior Fabric: ¼ yard or a fat quarter (even just a fat eighth will work!) 
Interior Accent Fabric:  1⁄2 yard  
20” wide fusible woven mid-weight interfacing (Pellon Shape-Flex 101):  1⁄2 yard
Peltex 70 or 71F: 1 - 43⁄4" X 21⁄2" piece (This is optional, it is used to give more structure to the base.)
1 package ¼" twill tape, ¼"-wide ribbon, or any other "string-like" item that you would like to use to mimic the string on a tea bag. 
Size 16 Snap (if making with closure strap) 
Thread
Water-soluble erasable marking pen or chalk pencil
